Design and technology services provider Tata Elxsi on Tuesday reported an 18.17 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 170.59 crore during the June quarter of FY27, driven by growth in key verticals and strong deal execution.
The company had posted a profit of Rs 144.36 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal, according to a regulatory filing.
Tata Elxsi’s revenue from operations rose 14.46 per cent to Rs 1,021.1 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to Rs 892.09 crore in Q1 FY26.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the company’s revenue grew by 2.7 per cent. However, its net profit declined by 22.58 per cent.
L&T Technology Services (LTTS) on Tuesday posted around 13 per cent increase in June quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 357 crore.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 316.1 crore in June quarter FY26, a regulatory filing said.
Revenue from operations increased by 11.5 per cent to Rs 2,940 crore during the quarter from Rs 2,637.5 crore a year ago.
“The strategic actions undertaken as part of our Lakshya 31 agenda are beginning to translate into tangible business outcomes, reflected in healthy quarterly growth and sustained margin improvement. EBIT margins improved 200 basis points year-over-year to 15.7 per cent,” CEO and Managing Director, Amit Chadha said. - PTI

SG Finserve Ltd posted net profit for the quarter ended June 2026 at Rs 43.68 crore compared to Rs 24.51 crore in the same quarter last year.
Board granted in-principle approval for evaluating the acquisition of 51% stake in Succesship Technologies Private Limited, with an overall maximum investment of ₹20 Crore; and granted in-principle approval for exploring the establishment of a Finance Company in GIFT City as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Shares rose over 3% to Rs 638.85 on the NSE.

Landmark Cars: Total revenue from operations (including agency sales) in Q1FY27 stood at Rs 1,733 crore compared to Rs 1,415 crore in Q1FY26.

HCL Tech retained its FY27 constant currency revenue growth guidance of 1-4 per cent and EBIT margin guidance of 17.5-18.5 per cent, SBI Sec. noted.
Management said recently announced large deals are expected to contribute meaningfully from FY28 as FY27 will largely involve transition activities. The company added that the macro environment remains broadly unchanged from the end of FY26 and said it would reassess the outlook after the second quarter. The guidance is organic and excludes acquisitions such as Jaspersoft.

PL Capital retained its buy rating on ICICI Prudential AMC with an unchanged target price of ₹3,550. The brokerage said the company delivered a decent quarter, supported by higher mutual fund yields, while noting that changes in total expense ratio regulations had no adverse impact as these were passed on to distributors. It highlighted strong three-year equity fund performance and net equity flow share in May and June 2026 that remained above the company’s market share, while maintaining its estimates and valuation multiple unchanged.

PL Capital maintained its buy rating on Indian Bank with a target price of ₹1,000. The brokerage said the bank continues to prioritise profitability over growth and expects loan and deposit CAGR of 12.5 per cent and 11.0 per cent, respectively, over FY26-28E. It expects core PAT CAGR of around 20 per cent during the period, with core RoA of 0.9 per cent in FY28E and NNPA of 0.13 per cent, while describing Indian Bank as a high-quality PSU lender supported by management quality and earnings consistency.

HDFC Securities maintained its add rating on HCL Tech and raised its target price to ₹1,335, citing strong deal wins and visible AI traction. The brokerage said the company’s decision to retain its FY27 organic services growth and EBIT margin guidance was positive as it balanced the impact of spending cuts by two US telecom clients and the closure of some SAP programmes with momentum from new deals. It highlighted the record $2.4 billion net-new TCV in Q1 and said the upper end of the guidance band implies a recovery and acceleration in growth from Q2. HDFC Securities also raised its EPS estimates by around 3-5 per cent.

Shares of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company fell in early trade on Tuesday, declining 2.11 per cent to ₹3,138.10 on the NSE as of 10.34 am, after the fund house reported a cost-driven miss on quarterly earnings. The stock opened at ₹3,251.10, touched a high of ₹3,287.70, and slid to a low of ₹3,090.70 in the session so far, with sell orders outpacing buys — 63.84 per cent of the order book sitting on the sell side.
Despite the price pressure, brokerages have broadly maintained their constructive stance on the stock.
