Maybe additional: I would also use the option for create one detail. 
Steps: create a process for only selected parts and then use a prototype without a hypersteelpageframe block, so all parts should be placed in this file. In the model itself I would use the Lot\Phase property to have the BR1 - BR20. Because then I could use a bom on drawing which is based on a Structural list, without showing the detail part. So only the groupheader (which should show the Lot\Phase) will be shown and could be listed. 
The result is an updateable detail with a list.
