Mountain View Interiors, a locally owned, high-end design, flooring, cabinet and custom closet concept, will open a retail location at Cambridge Square this month.

Mountain View Interiors is a sister company of Mountain View Cabinets & Closets which operates an 8,000 square foot design, showroom and fabrication facility on Mountain View Road in Ooltewah.

The Mountain View Interiors space will feature several flooring partnerships with brands such as Mohawk, Happy Feet, Karndean and Legendary with a variety of materials, styles and designer rugs.

Additionally, the space will feature a semi-custom line of luxury cabinets and custom-made closets created by in-house design teams.

Patrons will be able to consult with Mountain View professionals within the space to plan and design their residential projects.

"We're really excited about this concept," said Jim Cheney, who handles marketing and leasing for Cambridge. "This is a new retail direction for us, but one that we feel is very applicable to people coming to the square. Whether they are thinking about renovations or starting a new build, Mountain View will be convenient resource that will offer a lot of creativity and design expertise.
"Mountain View Interiors plans on establishing relationships with local builders, designers, and homeowners. The showroom will reflect the company's product and service offering that is modeled to accommodate a wide range of job scopes and budgets."
