National Driver “Know Your Rights” Zoom Call
Your Story Matters

UNITED SIKHS invites drivers from across the United States to join a national “Know Your Rights & Litigation Update” Zoom call. This session is dedicated to hearing directly from drivers across the country who are facing unexpected barriers to work: CDL issues, temporary paper licenses, downgrades, UBER/LYFT/DoorDash application denials, and loss of income.

We want to hear directly from those affected. By sharing your story, you help strengthen collective advocacy and shape meaningful solutions for drivers nationwide.

Purpose of the Session

• We want to understand how CDL-related issues are affecting drivers, their families, and livelihoods.
• Build Advocacy: The more stories shared, the stronger our ability to identify patterns, highlight concerns, and push for reforms.
• No names, photos, or personal information are required. Your privacy is safeguarded.

National Litigation Update
This call will also provide updates on ongoing legal developments in Texas, California, New York, and Washington, D.C. Drivers will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn about current cases, and understand how advocacy efforts are progressing.
