Unable to access job application on old account

Hello, I created a best buy careers account to apply for an asset protection associate position near where I live. I completed the application along with the assessment. However, when I went to sign back in, my email address was deemed to not have an account associated with it. I created a new account with the correct email address but still cannot access my application status nor the information that was in my other account. If there’s someone able to help I would gladly appreciate it.
