Well actually, my school has inventor 2016/17/18 on their computers, but the one used in the study unit (it's like a textbook you get from school) is the 2019 version, but I understand what you are saying. 
 
Yes that's what I was pointing out. I found them thanks, it's just that on the 2019 version it opened up that many more templates but on my screen it just showed the en-US folder. All I had to do was open that folder and the rest popped up?. Like I said, still new here
