Do not see mapped network Home drives on initial drop down menu in Inventor 2020

When using inventor professional 2020 go to save or open a file from network home folders (H:\ Drive) The mapped drive does not show up on the initial drop-down menu. User has to navigate to "This PC" then scroll down then the H:/ Drive (home folder) is visible. Another shared network drive shows on the initial dropdown menu. What could be the reason why the mapped drive is not showing up on the initial drop-down? Steps tried already. The inventor reset utility. Turning off antivirus and putting inventor on the exception list. This issue seems to follow the user no matter which computer he logs into.
