In Canada, our version of Girl Scouts is called Girl Guides, and I was alllllll about it growing up. I went from Sparks to Brownies to Girl Guides to Pathfinders, collecting badges like they would one day go on my resumé or something. Back then, I could build a fire, tie survival knots, and make a tent out of a fallen tree and a tarp. But now, as a 30-year-old who's been living in downtown Toronto for years, I'm ruined! I don't think I'd last 24 hours. Honestly, if there's no bed, no shower, and no Wi-Fi, I'm not coming.
But once upon a time, I could live in the bush and had all the badges to prove it. So today, we are talking about all things Scouts. I'm talking survival tips, navigation, nature facts, and more. So let's see if you could actually survive in the wilderness. Let's go...
