Heritage Foods Ltd has posted a consolidated net profit of ₹25 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, as against ₹40.50 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
(PTI) RPG Group firm and tyre maker CEAT Ltd on Thursday reported a 27 per cent decline in standalone net profit to Rs 98 crore in the June quarter of 2026 compared to the year-ago period.
The company had posted a standalone net profit of Rs 135 crore in the first quarter of FY2025-26, according to a regulatory filing.
Revenue from operations was at around Rs 4,163 crore in the June quarter, up 18 per cent from Rs 3,521 crore in the first quarter of FY26.
Wipro reported a mixed performance for the June quarter, with revenue growth exceeding expectations and guidance coming in slightly ahead of Street estimates, even as operating margins slipped to a 15-quarter low and net profit declined sequentially.
(PTI) Heritage Foods Ltd on Thursday reported a 38.40 per cent drop in its consolidated net profit to Rs 24.97 crore in the first quarter of the 2026-27 fiscal on higher expenses.
The Hyderabad-based dairy firm had posted a net profit of Rs 40.54 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing.
Tech Mahindra’s net profit increased by 31.6 per cent to ₹1,486 crore on an annual basis in the June-ending quarter, owing to improved IT and BPS segments and a 17.6 per cent increase in revenue to ₹15,711 crore.
Abbott raised its annual profit forecast on Thursday, as it expects strong demand for its heart devices in the second half of the year.
The company expects an adjusted profit in the range of $5.45 to $5.60 per share for 2026, compared with its previous forecast between $5.38 and $5.58 per share.
Piramal Finance Limited on Thursday reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹461 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, a 67 per cent jump year-on-year, as the Mumbai-based non-banking financial company continued to grow its retail lending franchise.
IT major Wipro on Thursday posted a nearly flat consolidated net profit of ₹3,352 crore in the April-June quarter of FY27.

On consolidatedbasis, the PAT increased to Rs 1486.3 crore from Rs 1128.8 crore in the year-ago period.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, a leading home-grown renewable EPC, announced its results for the first quarter of FY27, which witnessed Unexecuted Order Value (UOV) reaching ~INR 13,000 crore, the highest UOV post Covid. The quarter also witnessed a marquee international order which is a 50-50 joint venture with one of the leading contractors in Egypt and the MENA region valued at approximately USD 560 million for West Minya Solar Power Project in Minya Governorate, Egypt.
This is a landmark mandate: a 1,000 megawatt-AC solar PV plant integrated with a 600 megawatt-hour battery energy storage system. Once complete, it will rank among Egypt’s largest utility-scale renewable developments. The domestic EPC has been the Company’s growth engine with healthy Order Book position at ~INR 7,900 crore providing revenue and growth visibility with steady gross margins at ~9-10%.

Revenue from Operations: Crossed a monumental milestones, reaching ₹1,555.5 crore, representing a robust 51% year-on-year increase against the ₹1,027.8 crore booked in Q1 FY26.
EBITDA Performance: Surged 56% YoY to ₹548.1 crore from ₹350.5 crore in the year-ago period. Enhanced efficiency expanded the EBITDA margin to an all-time high of 35.2% (up 114 bps YoY). Profit After Tax (PAT): More than doubled, escalating 103% YoY to ₹380.3 crore compared to ₹187.7 crore in Q1 FY26.
