Hatch transparency can't work when selecting hatch editing

Dear Autodesk Technicians,
 
Have a good day.
 
Now i am facing hatch transparency when i edited hatch. (it occurs solid hatch instead of transparency hatch)
I can't see under layers and so i can't move vertex points to the exact point because i can't see under layer.
I made layer send back but it can't work.
Could you please help a problem that i faced? Please check the attached photo and let me know the solution.editing hatch can't see under layers
