Links in Cost Managment

Some areas of Cost have conflicting right-click menus specific to Forma's UI that would make right-clicking to open in a new window harder than we think it should. Ideally if you right click any link in Cost management there would  be a menu that has an option to  'open in new tab'  Reference support case 02298782
