Roxy Jacenko looked to be making the most of the European summer on Tuesday as she soaked up the sunshine in Italy with her billionaire husband Oliver Curtis. 

The PR powerhouse, 46, made sure all eyes were on her in a Hunza G Tyler contrast-trim bikini in navy with white detailing.

The mother-of-two flaunted her trim physique as she attended to messages aboard a luxury yacht in Portofino.

Roxy added to her look with slick aviator sunglasses and wore her blonde hair tied back as she basked in the heat.

Meanwhile, Oliver, 46, who debuted on Australia's Richest 250 list this year with an estimated fortune of $1.29 billion, opted for an effortlessly cool holiday look in a striped button-down shirt and patterned swim shorts.

Roxy was later seen strolling through the town, located on the Italian Riviera coastline, in a bright yellow romper that featured delicate lace trim. 

Roxy showcased her taste in upmarket accessories by taking one of her famous Hermes Birkins from her million dollar collection for a spin. 

The glamorous getaway comes as Roxy enjoys some well-earned downtime after another busy year.

After more than two decades at the centre of Australia's publicity machine, Roxy announced last week she was officially stepping away from her final Australian business interest.

Earlier this month, the businesswoman exclusively told Daily Mail that she is handing over the directorship of her influencer management company, the Ministry of Talent (MOT) to longtime protégé Emily Hayman.

Roxy established MOT two decades ago, and has built it into one of Australia's most recognised talent management and publicity consultancies.

'I'll be staying on in an advisory/founder role, supporting Emily as she takes the reins,' she told the Daily Mail.

'Gifting the business to her is something she's absolutely earned, and it's important to me that I'm there to support her through the transition over the next 12 months.'

The Aussie entrepreneur is staying put in her adopted home of Singapore and has no plans to return Down Under.

However, she won't be smarting for funds despite leaving behind her lucrative ventures; in fact, her opulent lifestyle is set to continue unabated thanks to her husband's business moves. 

Earlier this year, Oliver debuted on Australia's Richest 250 list with an estimated fortune of $1.29 billion. 

It's quite the turnaround in his fortunes, after Oliver was convicted in June 2016 of insider trading using confidential information, and served 12 months of a two-year prison sentence.

Just under eight years after his maximum prison sentence expired, Oliver is riding the wave of success of the artificial intelligence infrastructure business, Firmus Technologies.

In the process of building the company, he is turning northern Tasmania into an AI version of Silicon Valley, California's global technology hub.

He co-founded the business with his cousin Tim Rosenfield after walking out of Cooma Correctional Centre on parole and is building Australia's first green AI factory on five hectares in Launceston, with the development dubbed Project Southgate.

Project Southgate is earmarked for use by global AI giants Meta, Amazon and Microsoft to train and run their large AI language models, and has attracted significant equity funding to Firmus, which, over just two months towards the end of last year, tripled its valuation to $6 billion.

Now Oliver is reportedly preparing to float Firmus on the ASX, meaning it will become a publicly listed company on the stock exchange.
