Roxy Jacenko has continued to document her dramatic slim-down. 

The 45-year-old PR queen flaunted her tiny frame in skimpy lingerie in an Instagram Stories post on Wednesday. 

She donned a sheer, black lace camisole and matching boy-shorts in a mirror selfie that put her trim physique on display. 

Roxy's lean muscles and taut belly were showcased in the image, as were her slender arms. 

The businesswoman also flaunted her figure in an image taken at an Alex Perry event in Athens last week. 

Roxy chose a fully see-through dress in a black fabric, under which she donned black underwear that ensured her trim pins and surgically-enhanced bust were on show. 

The PR professional has been away on holiday, and recently posed in a barely-there leopard skin print string bikini.

Lying on the deck of what appeared to be a luxury yacht during a family getaway in the Mediterranean, Roxy was enjoying a stunning ocean view. 

Roxy also shared a gallery of highlights from her recent trip to the Greek Islands.

The socialite has been making the most of her new slimmed-down look after shedding 18 kilograms, showing off her figure in a series of social media posts.

Jacenko swears by a new supplement from wellness brand Eimele, which she has called a 'natural Ozempic'.

According to the website, Eimele provides 'plant-powered solutions' for a variety of concerns, including weight management.

The brand's Calibrate Reds Max is said to help 'limit sugar and carb absorption' while simultaneously 'reducing fat storage'.

Roxy is also doing daily contrast therapy, which involves taking baths in warm and cold water from Monday to Friday.

This method is believed to help improve blood circulation throughout your body.

She additionally does 40 minutes in an infra-red sauna each day before completing a 45-minute workout on the treadmill at speed 6 and rolling hills, as well as low-weight exercises.

'I don't do breakfast or lunch, instead I do dinner at 7pm each day which is focused on protein only and salad,' Roxy explained.

'Last night I had grilled calamari, rocket, pear and Parmesan salad. If I'm desperate for something sweet, I have dark chocolate-covered sultanas.'

Roxy also recently spoke about the terrifying moment she overdosed on Ozempic in an effort to lose weight.

She revealed she'd taken four times the recommended dosage before she suffered from severe vomiting and non-stop shaking.

'I put so much weight on. I would have to undo my jeans when I sat in the car so I got sucked in by it,' she explained on The Lazy CEO Podcast with Jane Lu.

'I bought it, I tried it. I took four times the amount in the first go.'

Roxy continued by saying she's 'so sick of people' who deny using Ozempic, adding: 'I call a spade a spade on my platform and I don't care.'
