Roxy Jacenko has revealed the secret behind her incredible figure as she gave an insight into her health and fitness regime.

The PR guru, 44, took to Instagram on Monday to share some snaps from her family ski holiday in the idyllic ski resort Courchevel in the heart of the French Alps.

She spared no expense on the trip as she enjoyed a day of luxury in the spas at five-star hotel L'Apogée Courchevel, where rooms can cost upwards of $1,855 per night.

Roxy documented her relaxing day out as she stripped down to a bikini and told fans how she manages to stay in such great shape.

Sharing a mirror selfie to her Stories, Roxy showed off her incredible figure in a black two-piece, made up of a plunging balcony bra and matching bikini bottoms.

She swept a white dressing gown over her shoulders and accessorised with a glitzy jewelled necklace as she relaxed in the spa.

Roxy gave an insight into her daily health routine as she revealed she uses a sauna and runs on the treadmill every single day.

Posting a video of herself in a salt sauna, Roxy shared in a caption: 'So daily - sauna (this is a salt one) followed by snow room or cold plunge and drink.

'If home, 45 minutes on the treadmill.'

She also revealed that she drinks AG1's immunity supplement in cold water every morning to boost her health.

Roxy is currently living it up with daughter Pixie, 13, and son Hunter, 10, in the idyllic ski resort region of Courchevel.

She has not shied away from making her followers very jealous by sharing an array of stunning picture-perfect snaps from their luxury snowy vacation to Instagram.

As well as showing off her skills on the slopes, Roxy has also been enjoying many of the fine dining opportunities the region has to offer.

She recently shared a couple of pictures that showed an array of delectable treats her and her family were about to dig into at swanky restaurant La Cave des Creux.

The eatery offers breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the Courchevel valley, and a delicious menu.

Starters at the high-end eatery begin at $52(AUD) for a Beaufort Tart with a green salad and crunchy walnuts.

Similarly, a burger with Beaufort cheese, bacon and fries is going to set you back a whopping $65 (AUD).

The trio also enjoyed a high-end meal at Bagatelle, with Roxy sharing a photo that showed her receiving some table service.

The swanky ski region also boasts an array of luxury shopping options such as Louis Vuitton, Hermès, and Cartier.

And Roxy has certainly made some time some to indulge in some haute-couture retail therapy.

She shared one photo that showed her standing next to her son Hunter as they posed on a local street.

With a Bvlgari store visible in the background, Hunter beamed broadly as he posed while clutching a bag from kid's clothing store Les Enfanats B.Charvin.

Courchevel boasts 24 luxury hotels with a five-star ranking and in 2011, France introduced a sixth-star ranking for hotels named 'palaces'.

Eight French hotels have since received this rating and two are in Courchevel's Jardin Alpin area. 

Courchevel is the most eastern resort of the Three Valleys, the biggest connected ski area in the world. 

It consists of four satellite villages: Courchevel Le Praz, Courchevel 1550, Courchevel 1650 and Courchevel 1850.

Courchevel 1850 has a reputation for being one of the most exclusive ski resorts in the world and features an array of Michelin star restaurants and high end shops.
