The intimate setting of The Woodshop Listening Room in St. Elmo proved to be the perfect backdrop for an evening centered on storytelling, connection, and musicianship as Nashville singer-songwriter Remi Goode headlined there on July 9.

The evening opened with a performance from local artist Cody Ray, accompanied by violinist Emma DuBose. Ray's set showcased a gift for narrative songwriting, particularly on the standout track "Alligator," which drew listeners into its vivid imagery and thoughtful storytelling.
