Stellantis has had a lot of leadership changes since it appointed a new CEO in 2025, with the latest bringing new bosses to Jeep and Ram.
Ram has a new boss as of today, and Jeep will follow suit. Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa appointed Matt VanDyke as CEO of Ram and Branden Coté as CEO of Jeep in his latest move toward increasing Stellantis' growth in North America.

Ram’s new CEO Matt VanDyke.
Effective immediately, VanDyke is the new CEO of Ram. He comes from a marketing background and previously held executive positions at Ford and FordDirect, including as FordDirect's CEO for about a year and a half, before serving as president of Shift Digital, a marketing company built for the automotive industry.
VanDyke takes over for Tim Kuniskis, who Stellantis promoted to head of American brands and North America marketing and retail strategy in July 2025 as part of Filosa's new executive leadership team. Since then, Kuniskis has fulfilled both the new position and his old one as Ram's CEO.
Starting on August 3, Coté will take over as Jeep's CEO, replacing Bob Broderdorf. Broderdorf is taking medical leave, but he'll return to a different leadership role in the company, Stellantis says, though his new position is currently unknown. Coté arrives with retail and manufacturing leadership experience at companies including Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin. He previously served as president of AutoNation before becoming a consultant at an automotive technology company.

Coté and VanDyke will report to Kuniskis, who is keeping his executive position and passing the Ram torch to VanDyke. Filosa, Stellantis' CEO, previously served as Jeep's CEO and led Stellantis' North and South America divisions, among other roles. He announced a new leadership team when he took over in July 2025, saying at the time that he hoped to "make Stellantis one of the winners in this next era." By 2030, Stellantis says it aims to increase its volume by 35 percent and its revenue by 25 percent.
These new appointments are Stellantis' latest moves as it aims to improve sales in the North American market. In the second quarter this year, Ram's sales increased by 11 percent, but Jeep's were down 5 percent, according to Automotive News. The second half of the year will include deliveries of the Jeep Cherokee Hybrid and Ram 1500 SRT TRX, which Stellantis says will further increase sales revenue.

In true Hoosier fashion, her first car was a hot pink custom cardboard "Fiero-vette" for her kindergarten Kindy 500 race. She now autocrosses a 1994 Miata with her dad, which she learned to drive the night before her first event. Alayna went to Indiana University and graduated with a degree in journalism and a minor in graphic design. As a testament to her great taste in cars, her first real one was a metallic orange 2007 Chevy HHR, which she lovingly called "The Dumptruck."
