СпутникиРНSpaceXРоскосмосNASAISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday directed the authorities to expedite work on Daanish Schools across the country and announced the establishment of a technology campus of Daanish University in Muzaffarabad.
Chairing a review meeting on the progress of Daanish Schools and Daanish University, the prime minister said expansion of educational opportunities for students from underprivileged backgrounds remained a key priority of the government.
He directed that construction work on all ongoing projects in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Islamabad be accelerated.
In AJK, the prime minister approved the establishment of a technology campus of Daanish University in Muzaffarabad, according to an official statement.
Officials briefed the meeting that work on 27 Daanish Schools across the country was progressing, with several projects in different regions in advanced stages of completion.
