The partnership marks a major milestone for both companies, combining Believe Music Publishing’s worldwide infrastructure with Jack Russell Music’s renowned catalogue of songwriters, composers, producers, and classic recordings. Together, the alliance is set to create greater opportunities for songwriters through global administration, synchronization, licensing, royalty collection, and creative collaborations.
For nearly two decades, Jack Russell Music, led by CEO Clare Ram, has established itself as one of the world’s leading independent music publishers. The company represents an extensive catalogue spanning reggae, dancehall, Afrobeats, hip-hop, rock, pop, and folk, working with some of the most respected names in music.
The majority of artists and writers represented by Jack Russell Music are reggae and dancehall acts with legendary catalogues including; Vybz Kartel, Alkaline, Mavado, Masicka, Mr. Vegas, Capleton, Mortimer, Richie Spice, Lutan Fyah, Naomi Cowan, Macka B, Jimmy London, Andrew Tosh, Sly Dunbar, Aston “Family Man” Barrett, Terry Reid, Brooklyn Funk Essentials, Iba Mahr, and Nesbeth, alongside hundreds of other acclaimed songwriters and composers.
