The stock of United Breweries has been in a downtrend since April 2025 with intermittent corrective rallies in July 2025 and February 2026. Likewise, the scrip has been in a sideways correction since early June. That is, it was oscillating between ₹1,310 and ₹1,370 until early this week. On Tuesday, the stock broke out of ₹1,370, opening the door for further rally. The price is now above both 21- and 50-day moving averages, supporting the positive bias. Although there has been a price correction on Wednesday, the near-term outlook has turned positive. Buy now at ₹1,394 and ₹1,370. Place stop-loss at ₹1,300. When the stock rises to ₹1,450 and ₹1,500, tighten the stop-loss to ₹1,400 and ₹1,470 respectively. Book profits at ₹1,525.
