I am back from my western adventure. Without getting too in the details, I think I have another bout of diverticulitis or something like that, probably from my adventure. I got beat up a lot on that trip, but it was a great trip. For those who don't know or don't recall, I did a rafting excursion down, uh, the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon. It's about, I don't know, 130 miles, 150 miles, something like that.

Spent some time with my daughter, in-laws, my wife. It was spectacular in all sorts of ways. I, I'll do the spectacular part first. I've been trying to come up with an analogy about it, and it's hard because, like, so we did the Snake River in, you know, the, the sort of Idaho-Oregon leg of the Snake River in Hells Canyon about tail end of COVID, and that was great, too.
