Watery bug on the phone

When I open the phone, it looks like there's a bubble of water. 

When I open the game on my phone, a moving "water bubble" appears; it stops when I take a photo—it's a moving glitch. If I switch to another app using the Windows key, nothing happens, but when I click the mouse on the game screen to keep moving, the glitch reappears.
