The synth strings from 0:26 sound a bit awful in terms of both tonality and playing style (either use a different synth or perhaps make them sound a bit softer and less piercing, and play them more dynamically with attack variations, differences in velocity dynamics, swells and a less rigid rhythm).

From the 3:30 mark onwards, there are also a few noticeable crackles.
Unless these are a natural part of the synth sound, you should check whether the crackles are caused by DAW overload, clipping or the inappropriate use of plugin effects and automations.
