Perez Hilton is moving on from Las Vegas as he has listed his Blue Heron estate for $4.25 million.

The mansion is where he raised his family, filmed numerous TV interviews, and recently produced documentaries on the Blake Lively/Justin Baldoni legal drama.

Now the star has talked to the Daily Mail about saying goodbye to the property that has meant so much to him as he reveals where he is headed next.

'It is a beautiful home, and it served me well personally and professionally,' Hilton told the Daily Mail.

'I was in the house for two-and-a-half years but now it's time to leave Las Vegas as I want to focus on my health while with my family back in my hometown of Miami,' he added. 'Miami is where I need to be.'

Hilton recently survived a severe, life-threatening medical emergency earlier this year. After battling the flu, he took his medication on an empty stomach for a week, which caused an ulcer and perforation. This led to a near-fatal case of sepsis and severe heart issues, resulting in several surgeries.

He has said during his near death experience he met God who told him to spend more time with his family, which he has taken very seriously.

Represented by Kathryn Winterton with Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty, the approximately 7,000-square-foot residence is located on Olive Creek Court within the exclusive Prado community.

'I had such a great time in Las Vegas but am looking forward to rediscovering Miami, which I have not lived in for 30 years,' Hilton also told the Daily Mail. 'It has become a worldly city, I love the newness of it and all it has to offer.'

Located in the exclusive Prado community between Summerlin and the Strip, the property features six en-suite bedrooms, a detached casita, a multigenerational suite and a resort-style backyard.

His Vegas home is modern with several amenities.

'Built by luxury homebuilder Blue Heron, the residence blends striking contemporary architecture with functional living spaces designed to maximize comfort and connection to the outdoors,' the agent told the Daily Mail.

Hilton rose to prominence in the early 2000s through his celebrity news website, PerezHilton.com, becoming one of the most recognizable voices in entertainment media. Over the years, he has expanded his career through television appearances, podcasting, authorship and entrepreneurship.

Situated on a private corner lot within the gated Prado community, the residence is ideally positioned between Summerlin and the Las Vegas Strip. Expansive walls of glass, open gathering spaces and abundant natural light create an airy atmosphere throughout the home.

Hilton said some of his favorite spaces in the home were the primary bath and closet, as well as the office.

'All three of my favorite spaces in the home have one thing in common, they are very healing for me,' he said. 'The primary bath has the biggest shower that I've had the privilege of calling my own, and the closet is large and spacious. I had never had a dedicated office before I lived here, and used it quite a bit.'

The flexible floor plan includes six en-suite bedrooms within the main residence, along with a detached casita that offers additional privacy for guests. Every bedroom features its own private bath, creating a layout equally suited for everyday living and entertaining.

Blue Heron's signature NexGen Suite, a private, self-contained living experience designed for multigenerational living, is featured in the home with its own living space, bedroom, bathroom and dedicated entry.

'This was perfect for me, because my mother is a huge part of my family,' said Hilton. 'She's both grandmother and co-parent to my children. To be able to give her the space that she deserves was important.' Hilton said the home's casita was also used often, with frequent visits from family and friends.

'I want to focus on my health while with my family back in my hometown of Miami,' he added

'Miami is where I need to be,' he said noting that he has many cousins there

At the center of the home is a chef's kitchen appointed with premium appliances, sleek custom cabinetry and expansive workspace. The open-concept design connects effortlessly to the home's living and dining areas, creating a natural flow throughout the residence.

The resort-style backyard serves as the home's centerpiece, featuring a swimming pool, spa, lush landscaping and multiple outdoor living spaces. Designed for both entertaining and relaxation, the outdoor retreat offers a private setting that feels worlds away from the city while remaining minutes from some of Las Vegas' most renowned dining, entertainment and shopping destinations.

Hilton also said: 'I filmed tons of television segments and news interviews from this home, and produced two documentaries. The documentaries were about the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni legal drama and Luigi Mangione, the accused killer of United Healthcare's CEO.'

The property, located on a spacious corner home site, is uniquely located minutes from both the Las Vegas Strip and Summerlin. 'It was important for me to be close to the Strip, but it's equal distance to Summerlin and everywhere we needed to be,' said Hilton. 'My children's schools, doctors and dentists were all just a few minutes away.'

Hilton said the home is perfect for a buyer looking for a sanctuary in the heart of Las Vegas. 'It's flexible, so you can use the spaces however you think is best. There are both indoor and outdoor spaces that are perfect for entertaining, but it's designed in a way that allows for privacy too. It's a sanctuary and oasis in the desert.'

'This home was designed for the way people want to live and entertain today,' said Winterton. 'The natural light, open spaces and seamless connection to the backyard create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.'

Hilton told the Daily Mail that he is already living in Miami in a rental.

'Our place is full of boxes, we are still moving in,' he shared. 'After we are moved in we will look for a city to live in, I need to explore the area more, I have never been to Boca Raton or Key West, so I will do that first.'

And he added he will choose a neighborhood that has good schools for his kids.

Hilton is also looking forward to the fine cuisine. 'I love food and I love all the food in Florida, it's very good, especially the Cuban coffee.'

He is also loving that Miami has more of a community than Vegas. 'The other day I walked to the park instead of going to the gym because I missed my class, and I really enjoyed that because you can't do that in Vegas.'

As far as his health, he is doing very well: 'I feel good, I am healthy again and going to the gym,' he began. 'I really lost a lot of hair, though, and wish it would grow back. The hair loss was from the anesthesia from the surgeries, the very strong antibiotics, and stress. Otherwise I am good.'
