What a snoozer. 

Charlamagne Tha God walked off CNN's much-hyped election night special on Tuesday to get some sleep ahead of hosting his morning radio show.

The left-leaning Breakfast Club host ditched the two-hour panel discussion, which also featured conservative commentator Ben Shapiro, after just 60 minutes.

Afterwards, Senior CNN Analyst Harry Enten explained that Charlamagne, real name Lenard Larry McKelvey, left 'because he has to get up early to host his radio show.'

The special 'livecast' also featured tech journalist Kara Swisher and The Young Turks host Ana Kasparian.

It aired in addition to CNN's usual election coverage.  

Enten oversaw the action on the 'CNN Election Livecast,' a subscriber-only special for the network's new streaming service, All Access, which launched last week.

Prior to his early exit, Charlamagne grew frustrated with the panel after Enten compared President Donald Trump 'a puppy who lost his way' and questioned whether Trump 'has just, completely, fallen by the wayside' as it became clear Democrats would win the night. 

'Why do we say that, though?' the radio star pushed back.

'It's so weird when I hear people say that, but then they also use words like "fascism" and "authoritarian rule." Like, you know you can't vote out fascism and authoritarian rule.

'So why do people act like Trump is gone by the wayside? They're having conversations about him running in 2028. He's got all the power. I'm just saying, he's got all the power right now. Like, literally, he's got DC in a chokehold.'

At another point, Charlamagne slammed Democrat threats to impeach Trump as performative.

'No more impeachments. We've done all of this already,' he said.  

On his radio show Wednesday morning, Charlamagne slammed CNN star Van Jones for calling Zohran Mamdani’s New York City mayoral victory speech too aggressive.

His comments came after he recently called out MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace on-air for her network accusing him of 'helping to push MAGA messaging' during last year's election.
