Jorge Masvidal has revealed the damage cause by an eye poke from 'cheating f***' Colby Covington during their UFC 272 fight.
Covington went on to beat his fierce rival over five rounds, taking a decision victory on the scorecards in Las Vegas.
In the first round of the contest, Masvidal appealed to the referee after sustaining a clear eye-poke, which is illegal in MMA.

Masvidal appealed to the referee at the time but Herb Dean missed the incident
Fighters are usually allowed up to five minutes to recover from such incidents if the referee sees it but Herb Dean missed the moment.
Masvidal battled on but the severity of the poke has only now become clear after he posted a picture of the wound on his eyelid.
He accompanied the snap with the caption: 'Almost took eyes out but all good u cheating f*** see u soon.'
Covington won a convincing decision victory over his fierce rival in Las Vegas
There was no love lost between the pair in one of the UFC's most vicious grudge matches.
Masvidal and Covington were close friends before their relationship turned sour for what 'Gamebred' says was his team-mates refusal to pay a coach what he owed.
Saturday's welterweight match-up was a long time coming and it was the wrestling-heavy approach of 'Chaos' that won the day.
Masvidal found some success with his strikes and temporarily dropped Covington on one occasion but suffered with fatigue against his opponent's relentless approach.
