Add "Summary" Type Filter in Plans Module

In the ACC Build Plans module, both List View and Swim Lane View currently provide a Type Filter with only two selections: Milestone and Task. This limitation prevents users from filtering or organising activities by higher‑level groupings such as Summary tasks, which are often essential for managing complex projects. Proposed SolutionAdd Summary as a selectable option in the Type Filter for both List View and Swim Lane View.Ensure Summary tasks can be filtered, sorted, and displayed consistently alongside Milestones and Tasks.
