You ever open up a song and get the craving for a snack? After listening to this I feel like I want, oh I don't know, a piece of cake? Not sure why, it just fits. Anyhoo, today we have a Valdis Story rock extravaganza from Xaleph featuring... 5 whole people! Every single artist here is performing at their best, and one of them, ZackParrish, composed the original source even. You go, Glenn Coco! All these artists deftly maneuvers and muscles to create a cohesive and polished-as-all-get-out track. Their prowess potent and secretly stern.

And to think a song about a dog could elicit such reckless and wild power!

When a song is at this level of production, sometimes a sense of humor and fun may get lost a bit in the polish. Not here, by golly. NOT HERE! The Honorable prophetik music writes:

"...the chiptunes next to the more realistic instruments are a nice combo. the lyrics and prosody are genuinely terrible =) like a cult classic B-movie. guitar kicks off at 1:05 and is appropriately late 90s/early aughts in sound."

Hemophiliac continues:

"I can't recall the last time I've sat down and smiled through a whole listening of a track. This one is just silly guilty-pleasure-type fun the whole way through."

The call and response structure of the track, where the vocal section is followed by a groovin' chiptune lead or a face-melting shredfest, keeps the movement and interest of the track going strong past when the sun has gone down and the moon has come up. Maybe even longer, for goodness' sake! It leaves you satiated but wanting more. Talk about going the distance! And, judging by the comments from the judges, in addition to being a certified banger, this is also certified... to put a smile on that face!
