LOT Polish Airlines has refreshed its long-haul Business Class experience with new amenity kits, premium skincare products, upgraded headphones and expanded Polish brand collaborations designed to enhance passenger comfort and create a more refined journey.

Summary:

  • LOT Polish Airlines has introduced a refreshed Business Class offering featuring redesigned amenity kits, new skincare products, upgraded headphones and expanded onboard dining enhancements.
  • The updated experience incorporates partnerships with Polish brands including Phenomé, HDRÈY and Manufaktura in Bolesławiec, highlighting local craftsmanship and design.
  • The changes reflect LOT’s focus on creating a more personalised, high-quality long-haul experience centred on passenger comfort, functionality and attention to detail.

LOT Polish Airlines has introduced a series of enhancements to its long-haul Business Class offering, including redesigned amenity kits, new skincare products, upgraded headphones and expanded use of Polish-designed tableware.

The refreshed experience is designed to reflect evolving passenger expectations around premium travel, with a focus on quality, functionality and thoughtful details throughout the journey. The airline has also strengthened its collaboration with Polish brands, bringing locally developed products and craftsmanship onboard.

“Crafting the LOT Business Class experience resembles working on a well-designed space – what matters is not just one eye-catching detail, but the well-matched character of all aspects of the journey,” said Izabela Leszczyńska, Director, Product Development and Customer Experience Office, LOT Polish Airlines. “All new products, from pottery to cosmetics and headphones, have been introduced with the goal of creating a consistent and refined whole.”

A key element of the updated offering is a redesigned Business Class amenity kit, featuring a contemporary look and two colour options: navy blue and copper. The kit continues LOT’s partnership with Polish cosmetics brand Phenomé, with the refreshed collection adding facial mist and eye patches alongside updated packaging for face cream and lip balm.

The amenity kit updates were informed by feedback from LOT’s passenger research panel, LOT Insight, whose members participated in surveys to identify the products and features most valued during long-haul travel.

From August 2026, LOT Business Class passengers will also receive a new skincare ritual developed with Polish premium cosmetics brand HDRÈY. The three-step treatment includes micellar water, a hydrogel face mask and a serum designed to help passengers maintain skin comfort and hydration during long-haul flights.

The airline is also introducing Woody Forest deodorant from Polish brand Maroko Produkt, further expanding the range of locally developed products available onboard.

In addition to the refreshed amenity offering, LOT is upgrading its onboard headphones across cabin classes. New Business Class headphones feature an ergonomic design and improved comfort, with active noise cancellation planned as fleet modernisation progresses. The airline has also introduced new headphone models in Premium Economy and Economy Class, replacing plastic packaging with paper alternatives.

LOT is continuing to expand its use of Bolesławiec pottery from Manufaktura in Bolesławiec on selected long-haul routes. Following its introduction on flights to Tokyo, the Polish-designed tableware is now also available on flights between Warsaw and Wrocław and Seoul, helping create a more distinctive dining experience that combines Polish craftsmanship with onboard hospitality.

The latest updates form part of LOT’s wider strategy to strengthen its Business Class proposition and deliver a more cohesive premium travel experience.
