Cargo-readme 3.4.0 released with Cargo workspace inheritance support

I am happy to say that cargo-readme finally has support for Cargo workspace inheritance.
That means you can now use it in workspace projects with e.g. version.workspace = true.
The release also cleans up a large part of the backlog from the past 4 years.
