Interactive screen extended display - enable touch

Does anyone know of a central / en-mass way to configure an Interactive Screen as a second monitor for touch to be enabled via registry settings or scripts?



It seems that the only way to get this to work is via the "tablet pc settings" and I'm not even sure if that is only via local profiles / current user rather than applied to the whole PC.



As we block access to Control Panel it's going to be a pain having users set this each time they use a different interactive screen setup.
