Kylie Jenner has discussed her traumatic second pregnancy with son Aire for the first time.

The reality star, 28, who previously revealed she was 'freaking out' after finding out she was pregnant with daughter Stormi at age 19, was put on bed rest when she was carrying Aire, now four, due to being dilated for more than a month.

Speaking on a new episode of Jake Shane's Therapuss podcast, Jenner, who welcomed her two children with ex Travis Scott, detailed the physical toll pregnancy took on her body, leaving her unable to walk at 12 weeks pregnant.  

She said: 'I had crazy sciatica pain and crazy lower back pain. I really wanted to work out' adding she had 'horrible nausea' and 'ate everything' to cope.

Jenner was struck by further health woes when she became three centimeters dilated - forcing her go on bed rest.

She said: 'And lots of things were happening with my vagina. I was three centimeters dilated for like a month and a half, two months, the baby was falling out.'

Jenner revealed she gained 65lbs while expecting Aire, weighing 210lbs when he was born. 

'I ate a pint of ice cream every night - I just dove right in. I had lots of ice cream. Just lots of carbs. Bagels' she said.

Elsewhere in the chat, Jenner said she 'freaked out' when she discovered she was pregnant with her first child at just 19.

The reality star and makeup mogul was 20 when she gave birth to her daughter Stormi in 2018 and has admitted that she was terrified to tell her parents Kris and Caitlyn Jenner about the pregnancy. 

'I was freaking out. I was really scared to tell my parents. I was really scared.'

When she told her parents though she said 'no one was mad'.

She added: 'But there was something just inside of me that knew that I wanted to do this, and I had to make a decision for myself.

'And even if I have to do this alone, or however, this is the choice that I'm going to make.'

Jenner split from Scott in January 2023 and is now in a three year romance with Timothee Chalamet, 30. 

The couple recently packed on the PDA during their date at Madison Square Garden in New York City last week, despite her fans recently accusing him of ditching her at the Met Gala to attend the NBA playoffs. 

The outing came after Chalamet was branded a bad boyfriend for failing to support his girlfriend at the Met Gala. 

The Marty Supreme star shunned the glitz and glamour at Manhattan's Metropolitan Museum of Art, instead heading to watch the Knicks in the NBA playoffs.

The Oscar nominee was spotted rubbing elbows with Tracy Morgan and actress Susie Essman for game one of the Eastern Conference semifinal series, where the Knicks trounced the Philadelphia 76ers 137 -98.

While some TikTok users praised the actor's move as relatable, some Jenner fans fumed, saying Chalamet should have been by his girlfriend's side.

'He never supports Kylie when it's about her, but she always supports him,' one opined.

It marks the second year in a row the star has ditched the Met Gala to watch the Knicks.

Last year, Jenner also went solo at the event while Chalamet soaked up an NBA game.
