Cempa Community Care has announced that two members of its leadership team, Ian Stanbery, director of Facility Operations, and Amy Eldridge, director of Clinical Administration and Operations, have successfully completed the UCLA Health Care Executive Program, a nationally recognized leadership development program for healthcare executives.

Designed to prepare current and emerging healthcare leaders for the complex challenges facing the industry, the UCLA Health Care Executive Program brings together professionals from across the country for intensive coursework focused on leadership, strategy, operational excellence, organizational performance, and innovation in healthcare.

Stanbery and Ms. Eldridge are the latest members of Cempa's leadership team to complete the prestigious program, reflecting the organization's ongoing commitment to investing in professional development that strengthens patient care and organizational excellence.

"The UCLA Health Care Executive Program challenged me to think differently about leadership, innovation, and operational excellence in healthcare," said Mr. Stanbery. Ms. Eldridge, also a member of Regional Health Council, said the program reinforced the connection between effective leadership and the patient experience.

"Taking part in the program was such a great experience," said Ms. Eldridge. "It pushed me to think bigger and lead more intentionally.
