Man arrested after burglarizing 26 Philadelphia businesses, police say

A man was arrested after being wanted in several states and for burglarizing dozens of stores in Philadelphia, according to authorities.
Ravon Service, 31, is accused of targeting at least 26 businesses throughout the city of Philadelphia, police said.
Detectives explained that Service would typically break into the targeted store very early in the morning and take money from its offices, safes or cash boxes.
An arrest warrant was issued for Service on July 29, 2026, in connection to the burglaries, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Officials explained that Service was also wanted in Georgia, New Jersey and in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Service was arrested on Aug. 10 at the Encore Resort at Reunion in Osceola County, Florida, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. He is currently waiting to be extradited to Philadelphia.
