A 24-year-old man has been charged with four counts of rape against two women in their 20s and 40s.

Dylan Hall was arrested on suspicion of rape on August 11 after reports of an attack near Chesterfield College in Derbyshire, three days earlier.

A woman in her 20s reported the incident and the police immediately carried out enquiries before Hall was arrested.

He was previously arrested after a reported rape which took place in Queen's Park Chesterfield on June 18, 2023. 

The victim in her 40s reported the attack to the police in March 2026.

Hall from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, was charged with four counts of rape on August 12.

One count relates to the latest attack which took place in the early hours of the morning, while the remaining three counts are for the reported rape in 2023.

Hall was remanded into custody before he appeared again at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court on August 13. 

He was then remanded into prison until his next hearing at Derby Crown Court on September 10.
