E-scooters and e-bikes have turned Britain's roads into a lawless Wild West. With doctors reporting a terrifying surge in injuries and deaths, the government's ridiculous rules have unleashed anarchy on our streets.

It is time to end this madness and protect law-abiding pedestrians. My solution is simple: mandatory tests and number plates for all riders.
