A group of kids with the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City got hands-on culinary experience coutesy of a casino chef.
Chef Leslie Daniel, of the from Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City, worked with the kids using fresh bigeye and yellowfin tuna donated through the Jimmy Johnson’s Atlantic City Quest for the Ring Championship Fishing Week.
The kids learned the art of making sushi while sharing valuable lessons about fresh seafood, food preparation and kitchen etiquette.
