The smartphone comes with 50 MP ZEISS triple rear cameras, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, 6,500 mAh battery, the largest in the compact flagship segment, with 90W wired + 40W wireless charging, 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with 5,000 nits brightness, aerospace-grade aluminum design, OriginOS 6 with several AI features, 5 + 7 years of long-term updates, and more. The vivo X300 FE is positioned as a more compact flagship alternative to its vivo X300 Ultra sibling while retaining advanced camera capabilities.

On the design front, the phone is wrapped in an aerospace-grade aluminum frame with smooth, rounded edges and a flat frame design to minimize accidental touches. It weighs 191 grams and measures 7.99 mm in thickness. The smartphone is available in Urban Olive, Lilac Purple, and Noir Black color options. The rear side features a horizontally aligned “floating droplet cold-sculpting” camera module designed to blend seamlessly into the back panel while reducing smudges.
The front side sports a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution (2,640 x 1,216 pixels), adaptive 1 – 120 Hz refresh rate, and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness. The panel also supports 4,320 Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and utilizes ZEISS Master Color Display technology for improved color accuracy. For durability, the device comes with IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance, SCHOTT Xensation protection glass, SGS Five-Star Drop Resistance certification, and Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanning 2.0.

The camera unit on the X300 FE is equipped with a triple camera setup on the rear side with a 50 MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor utilizing an f/1.57 aperture and OIS support. The second 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera offers a 106° field of view with an f/2.2 aperture. The third 50 MP IMX882 periscope telephoto camera supports 3x optical zoom with an f/2.65 aperture and enables up to 100x digital zoom.
The smartphone is also compatible with the vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2, enabling up to 200mm equivalent focal length using a compact Kepler-based optical structure. Additional imaging features include ZEISS Multifocal Portrait supporting focal lengths of 23mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm, and 100mm, along with ZEISS Style Bokeh and adaptive Flash Portrait lighting.
The device further includes several AI-powered camera capabilities such as AI True Clarity Engine, AI-enabled 200MP upscaling, Street Photography Mode with 14-bit processing, AI Live Cutout, AI Magic Move, AI Image Expander, AI Reflection Erase, and AI Erase.
On the front, there is a 50 MP autofocus selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. Video recording capabilities include 4K 60FPS Pro Video, 4K 120FPS, and 8K 30FPS recording support.


The vivo X300 FE is powered by the 3nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 octa-core SoC clocked up to 3.8 GHz paired with Adreno 829 GPU, 12 GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, and up to 512 GB UFS 4.1 storage. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 consists of two prime cores clocked at 3.8 GHz and six performance cores clocked at 3.32 GHz. For thermal management, vivo has integrated a 4,005 mm² VC liquid cooling system along with high-performance graphite materials to maintain stable temperatures during heavy workloads.
For battery, the vivo X300 FE packs a 6,500 mAh battery, which vivo claims is the largest battery in India for this display size category. The device supports 90W FlashCharge wired fast charging and 40W wireless FlashCharge support. Connectivity features include AI SuperLink, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and dual-frequency GPS positioning.
The smartphone runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, introducing features such as Origin Island, vivo Office Kit, Shake & Share, AI Search, AI Creation tools, AI Captions, and AI Audio Noise Eraser. vivo has also promised 5 years of Android OS upgrades and 7 years of security updates.
