Join us as we celebrate the unveiling of our new mural at the Watsonville Public Library—a vibrant reminder of what we can accomplish together! 

Last summer, Watsonville Public Library challenged the community to read 250,000 minutes as part of the Level Up! Summer Reading Program. Thanks to the community's incredible participation, that goal was surpassed with more than 300,000 minutes read! To celebrate this achievement, a talented local artist, Melissa Marzan, transformed that success into a beautiful mural that will inspire readers for years to come. 

We invite our summer reading participants and their families, library supporters and volunteers, and local media to join Watsonville Public Library staff, city officials, library commissioners, Friends of the Library and community partners and educators for this special event. Come celebrate the power of reading, community, and creativity as we unveil this lasting tribute to everyone's hard work and enthusiasm.
