Married At First Sight star Tamara Joy has broken her silence after going under the knife once again.

The 30-year-old defiantly claimed she's 'not hiding her surgery' after she was seen sporting bandages across her face during a brunch date last Thursday.

Tamara admitted on Instagram that she underwent a rhinoplasty with renowned plastic surgeon Dr Michael Zacharia in Double Bay, Sydney, after she was spotted at a coffee shop alongside MAFS co-star Melissa Lucarelli.

She opened up after Instagram fan account @MAFSfunny revealed she was enjoying a post-surgery brunch 'in one of Sydney's most paparazzi heavy suburbs'.

Tamara bit back with: 'Okay guys, it’s all good and well to make fun you do you I'm not bothered!! I don’t need to explain myself.

'However @mellucarelli is a good girlfriend of mine and has been letting me crash at her house while I need to be in Sydney. she is an angel and has been looking after me after surgery!

'She is simply taking me to my post surgery appointments seems I have been on heavy medication and can not drive!'

Dr Zacharia has previously provided nose jobs for reality stars like Megan Marx and Keira Maguire.

Tamara continued: 'Yes we are out at a cafe that just happens to be right behind my surgeons office!! 

'Sorry my life didn’t stop because the way I look.

'I am not hiding my surgery and is it really crime to stop and grab a cheeky coffee.'

It's not the first time Tamara has had a cheeky nip and tuck, as she has previously admitted to getting lip fillers and a breast enlargement.

She told Yahoo! Lifestyle: 'People do it for all different reasons. I had a bit of a booty and I really wanted to balance that out, that’s why I [had a boob job].

'If it makes you feel better about yourself, why not?'
