She has made no secret of her enthusiasm for lip filler, but now Married At First Sight star Tamara Joy has revealed another cosmetic treatment she has indulged in. 

The reality star, 30, shared a photo to Instagram on Friday of herself in a skimpy pink bikini. In the caption, she admitted to recently undergoing anti-wrinkle injections and a fat-freezing stomach sculpting procedure. 

Tamara, who is known for her hard-partying lifestyle, explained that she uses the treatments to help her stay in shape, without having to rely solely on exercise. 

The brunette explained why she decided to open up to fans about the cosmetic work she has undergone over the past few months.

Teasing a hint of underboob, Tamara highlighted her toned stomach and slim frame in the photo, in addition to her plumped-up pout. 

She wrote in the caption: 'Real talk! I have been seeing the team @cosmetic_avenue for a while now and they are honestly the best thing that has happened to me!'

Tamara said she is now having anti-wrinkle injections in her forehead and frown lines, adding that the treatment has helped to cure her of headaches. 

The socialite, who has made several trips to Bali in recent months, then addressed fans' questions about how she manages to stay in shape. 

Tamara revealed that she has turned to CoolSculpting, a fat-freezing treatment, to combat stomach bloating.  

She explained: 'I love to eat and party and this means I am never getting abs! And I'm okay with that because, well, [that's] life! 

'But I only had one session of CoolSculpting on my stomach area [and] it has helped me [not] be as bloated, which is a win!'

CoolSculpting is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that freezes and eliminates fat from target areas using cooling technology. 

'So for those asking how I stay in shape, [as it] seems I am always eating or always drinking and always on holiday, it's a mixture of things.

'Genetics, exercise and well that one little session of cool sculpting has helped.'
