Celeste Barber has shared a footage of herself performing her own stunts on the set of new Netflix series Wellmania.
The comedian, 40, shared a video to Instagram on Sunday showing herself getting strapped into a safety harness on-set ahead of filming a scene where she dramatically fell down.
She had a focused expression on her face as the crew hoisted her up several metres, before dropping her onto a landing mat.
'Adding stunt woman to my resume right after dancer and florist,' she wrote next to the footage.
The NSW native also shared a video of painful looking bruises on her stomach after rehearsing the fall multiple times.

Many of Celeste's 9.5million followers went wild over the footage and congratulated her on performing such a risky feat.
'You are a force to be reckoned with,' one fan gushed and another wrote: 'Just watched that scene last night and asked how you did that.'
Celeste's Netflix series Wellmania seems tailormade for her talents.
In the comedy-drama, which dropped on March 29, she plays Liv, a woman who undergoes a 'wellness journey' after a shock health diagnosis.

Inspired by Brigid Delaney's novel Wellmania: Misadventures in the Search for Wellness, Celeste is also serving as executive producer on the eight-part series.
She discussed performing her own stunts on The Project last week, and said she was left bruised after learning aerial silks.
'The most full-on one I had to do was silks in a gym scene, you know those amazing acrobatic silks where you twirl up,' she told hosts Waleed Aly and Sarah Harris.
The Netflix series is a major career high for the Aussie comedian, who shares two sons, Lou, 11, and Buddy, eight, with husband Api.
