@dcgtechnologies provide the following output from the AP console:show capwap client configshow capwap client rcbThe AP console will also show the AP attempting to join the WLC etc.  Save the complete console log, from power-on, to a text file (.txt) and attach here for us to check.
On the WLC provide the following output:show wireless management trustpointshow wireless stats ap join summaryshow wireless stats ap history
