Group Budget items on Cash Flow and Export Improvements

When utilizing the Cash flow module, the user should be able to have the same grouping filters that the budget module has. For example, if the user wanted to group items by owner SOV, they would click the filter icon and then select the grouping dropdown.  This lead into improving the export. The export of the cash flow should export a document that only shows what is being viewed and check marked. Ex. the view is grouped by owner SOV and only 3 of the 5 SOV contract items are checked on the left side, when clicking export, the PDF or Excel output would show it in the same way.  When grouped by SOV with each contract item rolled up, the export should only show the total of the roll up unless the roll up is expanded. This allows up to provide a cash flow report to the owner without showing all of the detailed line items and lets us exclude items that need to be excluded without a bunch of back end work editing the output report.
