Has the RTX 50- series eGPU problem been fixed?

I just bought a EXP GDC TH3P4G3 for my RTX 5060 and sometime in EVERY game it disconnects and my game crashes.

It depends on how heavy the game is but it will disconnect no matter what and I haven't found a fix yet.
