Turns out even celebrity mansions aren't immune to price cuts.

Kylie Jenner has slashed a staggering $9.5 million off the asking price of her sprawling Los Angeles mega-mansion as she ramps up efforts to offload one of the priciest homes in her property portfolio.

The beauty mogul and reality star has relisted her striking brutalist-style estate in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood for $38.5 million after briefly pulling it from the market. 

The property had originally been listed for $48 million late last year.

Jenner has been shedding spare properties as she prepares to relocate to her enormous custom-built Hidden Hills dream home, which has been tipped as her future love nest with boyfriend Timothee Chalamet. 

The ultra-modern Holmby Hills estate is one the 28-year-old has decided to part ways with after buying it for $36.5 million in 2020 - itself a discount from the home's original $45 million asking price. 

Designed by luxury developer Gala Asher, the slick concrete residence sits behind towering 12-foot security gates, perimeter walls and manicured landscaping, offering the kind of privacy sought by A-list celebrities.

The 15,320-square-foot property features seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms spread across the main residence, two guest apartments and a guardhouse, along with parking for more than two dozen vehicles.

The newly refreshed listing, held by Compass agent Ginger Glass, describes the home as 'the ultimate sanctuary for the elite privacy seeker and wellness enthusiast.'

Inside, the sprawling single-story residence boasts formal living and dining rooms, two kitchens - including a separate prep kitchen - and an expansive primary suite complete with dual bathrooms, oversized dressing rooms, a private sitting area, kitchenette, glam room and outdoor lounge.

Designed for both lavish entertaining and secluded living, the home also includes a tiered movie theater, games room, bar, detached gym, custom sport court and professional pickleball court.

Outside, a resort-style courtyard centers around a uniquely shaped swimming pool flanked by an outdoor kitchen, bar, dining space and cabana.

The Holmby Hills mansion isn't the only luxury home Jenner is trying to sell.

Earlier this year she also reduced the asking price of her longtime Hidden Hills residence by more than $2 million, lowering it from $20.25 million to just under $18 million only weeks after listing it.

That eight-bedroom property served as Jenner's primary residence for years before she began building a much larger estate nearby on a five-acre parcel she purchased for $15 million in 2020.

According to planning documents, the custom-built compound spans approximately 18,000 square feet and will include a 12-car garage, guesthouse, security office, resort-style pool and sports court.

Construction appears to be nearing completion and Jenner has been teasing fans with updates on the project for months. 

Back in January, she shared a rare behind-the-scenes look at the sprawling development on Instagram, posting snaps from 'house meetings' as construction entered its final stages.

The model showed off the home's oversized stone exterior, reclaimed wood floors, hardwood flooring and custom wood paneling, revealing she was 'in love' with the reclaimed materials. 

The posts also highlighted the property's modern, organic aesthetic, with natural stone and earthy finishes featuring throughout the sprawling estate.

Once complete, Jenner is expected to move into the lavish compound with her two children, daughter Stormi, seven, and son Aire, three, whom she shares with ex Travis Scott. 

The custom-built estate sits in Hidden Hills, keeping the reality star close to her famous family, with Kris Jenner and sister Khloé Kardashian both owning neighboring properties nearby. 

The development is expected to feature an approximately 18,000-square-foot main residence, a 12-car underground garage, guesthouse, sports court, resort-style pool and a separate security building.

The Kardashians star has amassed one of the most impressive celebrity property portfolios in recent years.

Alongside her Hidden Hills homes, Jenner also owns a Beverly Hills mansion purchased with former partner Travis Scott, as well as a luxury retreat inside the ultra-exclusive Madison Club golf community in California's Coachella Valley.

Now, with two multimillion-dollar homes still searching for buyers, Jenner appears increasingly focused on consolidating her real estate holdings before settling into her newly completed Hidden Hills dream home.
