Twelve months ago today the rock 'n' roll reunion many thought they'd never see finally happened.

On July 4, 2025 Noel and Liam Gallagher clasped hands as they swaggered onstage in Cardiff to deafening cheers and the second summer of Oasis kicked off in earnest. It was the start of six glorious weeks of brotherly love, bucket hats and mass sing-alongs.

And, of course, it saw the band return to Manchester for five biblical homecoming shows at Heaton Park, as the city partied like it was 1995 all over again.
