Join University of Tennessee Extension to learn about one of the healthiest eating patterns in the world.
The Mediterranean style of eating is based on foods traditionally eaten by people living around the Mediterranean Sea.
This type of eating helps prevent chronic diseases and can help with weight control.
Four classes will be offered on March 3, 5, 10 and 12 at the UT Extension office at 6183 Adamson Circle from 2 to 4 p.m.
UT Extension is partnering with YMCA so their members receive a discounted price of $30 while non-members fee is $45.
Participants will make and sample a variety of recipes.
