The main indicator is the level of salaries of graduates of 2020-2025

UrFU took the 10th place in the SuperJob ranking 2026 in terms of salaries of IT specialists. In total, the ranking includes 85 universities from 39 cities.

The ranking is based on average income data from graduates of 2020-2025 who are engaged in development, analytics, DevOps, testing, information security, machine learning, and other areas. According to the SuperJob research center, 80% of applicants are looking for a job in Ekaterinburg, and the average salary for graduates has increased to 190,000 rubles.

The ranking of Russian IT universities by SuperJob and Roscosmos has been conducted since 2019. Superjob's resume database (more than 50 million resumes) and other open sources, are used as sources of information.
