Millions of tourists flock to visit the UK every year - but which country provides the nation with the most visitors?
From cobbled streets, historic buildings, a Royal Family and beautiful coastlines, the United Kingdom has lots of offer.
But there's one particular country that is attracted to our endless countryside and vibrant cities.
The United States tops everywhere else, with a whopping 5.6 million estimated visits to Great Britain in 2024, according to data from the Office of National Statistics (ONS).
France followed with 3.6 million residents visiting the country last year.
While Germany came third highest, with 3.3 million tourists jetting over to visit Great Britain in 2024.
The Republic of Ireland ranked fourth and 2.9 million visits were made from the nearby country.
Meanwhile, 2.5 million visits to the UK came from Spain.

Overall, the United Kingdom saw an estimated 42.6 million visits from overseas residents in 2024.
They spent a lot, too, with an impressive £32.5 billion paid out while they were here.
This works out at an average of £763 spent per trip.
UK residents made sure to travel around, too, and are thought to have made a total of 94.6 million trips abroad last year.
Those who jetted off in 2024 are thought to have spent a total of £78.6 billion.
Holiday hotspot Spain proved to be popular for Brits, with an estimated 17.8 million visits from GB residents.
France followed with 9.3 million visits and Italy with 4.8 million.
The number of tourists visiting Spain from Great Britain has nearly returned to pre-pandemic levels, with 18.1 million heading there in 2019.

France has almost returned, too, as 2019 saw 10.3 million visits from Brits.
Likewise, Italy was greeted by 5.1 million back in 2019.
Meanwhile, the United States saw 4.1 million visits by Brits last year, and 4.8 million pre-pandemic.
Turkey, however, has completely soared with 2.3 million visits in 2019 but an impressive 4.1 million in 2024.
