Thanks for the Reload Netflix suggestion, unfortunately it doesn't appear to resolve the issue. I have however isolated the problem and have a workaround.It seems the issue of sound with no picture only occurs when selecting my program using the Continue Watching option on the Sky home page. If however, I select the Netflix icon on the Sky homepage first and then use the Continue Watching option on the Netflix homepage it works fine. Workaround: Don't use the Continue Watching on the Sky homepage, use the Continue Watching on the Netflix homepage...!Not sure if this is a known bug but at least it's manageable with a few extra navigation clicks.
